Your tracking number

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Click it to follow your package to the door.

Didn't get it? Check your spam/promotions folder and search for support@shopaftershiftco.com. Still nothing? Email us and we'll resend it.

"It says shipped but isn't moving"

Two common reasons, both normal:

  1. Tracking lag. It can take 24–48 hours after the shipping email for the carrier to scan the package and show movement. Give it a day.
  2. Still in production. Remember, everything is made to order. Production runs 2–7 business days before the label even goes live. Total U.S. delivery estimate is 7–15 business days.

Ordered more than one item?

Your items may have been printed by different providers, which means they can ship separately and arrive on different days — sometimes with separate tracking numbers. If one shows up first, the rest is on the way at no extra charge.

Still stuck?

If it's been longer than the 7–15 business day estimate and tracking still isn't updating, email support@shopaftershiftco.com with your order number. We're around Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM PT and reply within 1–2 business days.
