Shipping & Delivery Policy
Real talk: good gear is worth the wait. Here's exactly how shipping works so there are no surprises.
Made to order
Every shirt, long sleeve, and hoodie is printed when you order it — we don't keep boxes of pre-printed stock sitting in a warehouse. That means your gear is made fresh for you, and it also means there's a short production window before it ships.
How long it takes
- Production: 2–7 business days to print and prep your order.
- Transit: a few more business days once it's on the truck.
- Total U.S. estimate: 7–15 business days from order to doorstep.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons, holidays, and carrier delays can add time. We'll always get it moving as fast as the print provider can.
Free shipping
Orders over $50 (U.S., before tax) ship free. Under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Heads up: tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing movement after you get the notification. That's normal — give it a day.
Multiple items, multiple packages
Order a tee and a hoodie together and they might come from different print providers, which means they can ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for that — it's just how made-to-order fulfillment works. If one package shows up before the other, the rest is on the way.
