Shipping & Orders

How long until I get my order?
Everything's made to order, so there's a short production window before it ships. Figure 2–7 business days to print, plus transit — about 7–15 business days total within the U.S. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yep. Orders over $50 (U.S., before tax) ship free. Under that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating — that's normal. More info on the Track Your Order page.

Why did my order come in two packages?
If you ordered different items, they may be printed by different providers and ship separately. No extra charge — the rest is on the way.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Only if it hasn't gone into production yet, and that happens fast. Email support@shopaftershiftco.com ASAP and we'll check.

Sizing & Product

Do your shirts run true to size?
Our Gildan blanks are a classic, true-to-size fit. If you like a roomier feel, size up. Check the Size Guide for measurements on every style.

What are the shirts made of?
Heavy cotton. The tee is 5.3 oz 100% cotton, the long sleeve is 6.0 oz 100% cotton, and the hoodie is an 8.0 oz 50/50 cotton/poly blend. (Some heather/grey colors use a cotton-poly mix — noted on each product page.)

How should I wash them to protect the print?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach, and don't iron directly over the print.

Is the white hoodie pure white?
The white hoodie can look slightly off-white because of the 50/50 fabric blend. That's the material, not a defect — we note it on the product page too.

Returns & Issues

What's your return policy?
Because items are made to order, we cover damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong items — report within 30 days of delivery. We don't take returns for wrong-size orders or change of mind, so check the size guide first. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.

The color looks a little different than the website. Is that a defect?
No. Screens and printed garments can vary slightly, and DTG prints have natural piece-to-piece variation. Small differences are normal.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@shopaftershiftco.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund — usually no need to ship anything back.
