How We Make Products
Made to order, the right way
No giant warehouse full of pre-printed shirts. No guessing what'll sell and dumping the rest. When you place an order, we make that exact item — your size, your design — and send it your way.
1. You order
You pick your design, style, size, and color. That order goes straight to one of our U.S. print providers.
2. We print it (DTG)
Your design is printed using DTG — direct-to-garment — which sprays the ink directly into the fabric, like a high-end inkjet for clothing. The result is a soft print that moves with the shirt instead of sitting on top of it like a heavy plastic patch. Production takes about 2–7 business days.
3. We use blanks that can take a beating
We print on heavy-duty Gildan blanks chosen to hold up to real work:
- Heavy Cotton Tee — 5.3 oz, 100% cotton
- Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve — 6.0 oz, 100% cotton
- Heavy Blend Hoodie — 8.0 oz, 50% cotton / 50% polyester
Solid, classic-fit, no flimsy fast-fashion junk.
4. We ship it to you
Once it's printed and checked, it heads out with a tracking number sent to your email. Total U.S. delivery runs about 7–15 business days from order to door (estimate).
Why made-to-order is worth the wait
- Less waste. We don't overprint and trash what doesn't sell.
- Fresh prints. Your gear isn't sitting in a box fading for a year.
- More designs. Print-on-demand lets us run niche trade designs we could never justify pre-printing.
A couple of honest notes
- DTG varies slightly. Because each piece is printed individually, color and print texture can vary a touch from the on-screen mockup. That's normal, not a defect.
- Split shipments happen. Order multiple items and they may print at different providers and arrive separately — no extra cost to you.
